Please read and understand these terms before using the Website and Mobile App. If you do not agree, please do not register or use the Website and Mobile App.
1.1 "Website" means the MYFutureJobs Rover and MYFutureJobs Fiesta Digital Passport website.
1.2 "Mobile App" means the MYFutureJobs Mobile Application.
1.3 "Content" means all data, information, text, software, music, sound, graphics, video, materials and any other content on the Website and Mobile App.
1.4 "User" means any individual or entity that accesses, interacts with or utilises any features, functionalities or services offered through our Website or Mobile App.
1.5 "PERKESO" means the Social Security Organisation, a body corporate established under the Employees Social Security Act 1969 (Act 4).
1.6 "Employer Content" means emails, job postings, website content, career fair material, audio, videos, photographs, logos, trademarks and other materials provided by an employer to PERKESO.
2.1 You must be between 15 and 90 years of age and register as a user to access and use the Website and Mobile App.
2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the authority to sign up and use the Website and Mobile App; (ii) you are the person registered under the name on the registration screen; and (iii) all information provided is true and accurate. PERKESO has the right to refuse or cancel your registration if information is incomplete, incorrect, false, or fraudulent.
2.3 Subject to these Terms and Conditions, you are granted non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable rights to access and use the Website and Mobile App.
3.1 The Website, Mobile App, its Content, and all rights therein are the exclusive property of PERKESO.
3.2 The Website and Mobile App are protected by copyright, trademark, database rights and other intellectual property rights.
3.3 You may display and print Content for personal, non-commercial use only, keeping all copyright and proprietary notices intact.
3.4 You must not reproduce, modify, copy, distribute or use any Content for commercial purposes without written permission from PERKESO.
4.1 You are prohibited from using the Website and Mobile App for any unlawful or inappropriate activities.
4.2 You must not resell or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 You are only permitted to use your own registered account.
4.4 You agree not to upload harmful code, infringe intellectual property rights, use Content for commercial purposes without approval, or use the Website and Mobile App in violation of Malaysian law.
4.5 PERKESO reserves the right to remove content or bar users who violate these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
4.6 Reliance on material posted by other users is at your own risk.
4.7 You authorise PERKESO to disclose registration information for law enforcement or government collaboration purposes.
PERKESO may suspend or cancel your registration immediately upon breach of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
6.1 PERKESO bears no liability for risks arising between users of the Website and Mobile App.
6.2 Use of the Website, Mobile App and Content is at your own risk.
6.3 PERKESO is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage arising from access to or use of the Website and Mobile App, to the full extent permissible by law.
6.4 PERKESO is not responsible for content on any externally linked sites.
You agree to indemnify and protect PERKESO, its staff, agents and suppliers from any loss, liability, claims and expenses arising from your use or misuse of the Website and Mobile App.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time at PERKESO's discretion. Continued use of the Website and Mobile App constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
PERKESO is not responsible for any interruptions, delays, failures or data loss. PERKESO provides no warranties for third-party software used in connection with the Website and Mobile App.
Information provided during registration is kept by PERKESO and may be used to inform you about PERKESO's products, services, or relevant government agency updates.
By using this Website and Mobile App, you agree that the laws of Malaysia govern these Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising between you and PERKESO.
By registering with the MYFutureJobs Digital Passport, you consent to PERKESO collecting, using, storing and processing your personal data for employment purposes and as stated in these Terms and Conditions. Your data may be disclosed to employers or relevant governmental authorities where required by law. Personal Data includes all data as defined under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
